Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional dental hygiene care including cleanings, exams, and patient education
Assess patients' oral health and document findings accurately
Collaborate with dentists to develop personalized treatment plans
Maintain a sterile and safe clinical environment
Educate patients on preventive oral care and hygiene best practices
Utilize the latest dental technology and equipment

Qualifications

Licensed Dental Hygienist in Virginia
Current CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
Excellent chairside manner and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Passion for improving patients' oral health

Education

Associate degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in dental hygiene procedures and instrumentation
Knowledge of infection control standards and OSHA regulations
Strong patient education and motivational interviewing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a dental team
Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills
