Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions with precision and heart
• Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to build the best care plans
• Administer medications and treatments while keeping safety front and center
• Educate patients and families so they feel informed and empowered
• Respond quickly and calmly to changing patient needs and emergencies
• Keep accurate, timely charting that supports seamless continuity of care

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Prior MST, medical-surgical, or telemetry experience is a plus
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• A genuine passion for patient care and teamwork
• Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced hospital environment

• Solid clinical assessment and patient monitoring abilities
• Comfort with electronic medical records and charting systems
• Clear, kind communication with patients, families, and colleagues
• Strong time management across a busy shift
