Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to medical-surgical patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor vital signs and patient conditions, reporting changes promptly
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina or a compact state
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Med/Surg nursing experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical rotations encouraged to apply
• Ability to think critically and act quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
