Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to medical-surgical patients
• Administer medications, IVs, and treatments as ordered
• Assess patient conditions and monitor vital signs regularly
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop personalized care plans
• Educate patients and their families on conditions and recovery plans
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain detailed records

Qualifications

• Active RN license in South Carolina (compact state licenses accepted)
• BLS certification required (ACLS preferred for certain units)
• Previous med/surg or acute care experience is a plus, but new grads welcome
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in medication administration and IV therapy
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
