Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Night, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM (overnight, per diem)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $45 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care during overnight shifts, including monitoring and responding to patient needs
Perform nursing assessments and document findings clearly and promptly
Administer medications and treatments safely and in accordance with facility protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to support patient-centered care
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed during your shift

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse credential (RN or LPN)
Demonstrated clinical competence in nursing practice
Comfort working overnight shifts and in a per diem capacity
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well on a team
Willingness to complete facility-required onboarding and mandatory trainings

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and monitoring
Medication administration and documentation
Clinical documentation and charting
Effective communication with patients, families, and care teams
Ability to prioritize and respond quickly during overnight hours
