Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents and patients
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
- Monitor patient status, recognizing changes, and take appropriate action
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create personalized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans
- Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with facility policies
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in New Mexico (or compact state) - we will accept either!
- Current BLS certification required
- Strong passion for patient care and teamwork
- New graduates are welcome to apply! We value your enthusiasm and dedication
- Comfortable working night shifts and committed to the 17-week assignment
Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced healthcare environment
