Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents and patients
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
• Monitor patient status, recognizing changes, and take appropriate action
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create personalized care plans
• Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans
• Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with facility policies

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in New Mexico (or compact state) - we will accept either!
• Current BLS certification required
• Strong passion for patient care and teamwork
• New graduates are welcome to apply! We value your enthusiasm and dedication
• Comfortable working night shifts and committed to the 17-week assignment

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced healthcare environment
