Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding quickly to changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Educate and support patients and families during critical moments
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in Louisiana or a compact state
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• ICU or critical care experience preferred, but we're happy to consider strong candidates with a passion for critical care
• Ability to think quickly and stay calm in high-pressure situations

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
• Solid understanding of ICU protocols, ventilators, and cardiac monitoring
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
