Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-acuity care to ICU patients in a dynamic flex pool role
• Monitor critical conditions, assess changes, and respond quickly to emergencies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions with precision and care
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain thorough medical records
• Support and educate patients' families during challenging moments

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Iowa (or compact license where applicable)
• Current BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications
• ICU nursing experience preferred, but passionate new grads with strong critical care skills are welcome to apply
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flexible environment
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care

• Critical care nursing and telemetry monitoring
• Ventilator management and hemodynamic support
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Comfortable with flexible scheduling and adapting to varying unit needs
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
