Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in critical moments
- Quickly assess and stabilize patients during high-stakes situations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide top-tier treatment
- Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to changes
- Educate patients and families with clarity and empathy
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- ER experience preferred to hit the ground running
- Strong clinical skills and calm under pressure
