Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients in the Emergency Room
• Assess and triage patients based on acuity
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to deliver optimal care
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes promptly
• Educate patients and families on discharge instructions

Qualifications

• Valid California RN license required
• BLS certification from AHA
• ACLS and PALS preferred
• Minimum 1 year of ER experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in electronic health records
• Excellent interpersonal and patient advocacy skills
