Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients of all ages
• Perform rapid assessments and triage incoming patients
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Document patient care accurately in EPIC
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans
• Respond quickly to changing patient conditions
• Maintain a safe and clean environment

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas or a compact state
• Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Experience with EPIC charting system
• Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Trauma Level 4 experience preferred
• BSN not required
