Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments so every appointment runs smoothly
• Assist dentists during procedures with a calm, caring presence
• Take and develop dental X-rays with precision and care
• Welcome patients and help them feel at ease from check-in to checkout
• Keep accurate patient records and charting up to date
• Educate patients and families on oral care and post-treatment instructions
• Manage inventory and make sure supplies are ready when needed

Qualifications

• Current Dental Assistant certification or licensure in Wisconsin
• CPR/BLS certification
• Previous experience in a dental office, pediatric setting a plus
• Strong communication skills and a friendly chairside manner
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team
• Attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety
