Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled therapy interventions under the physical therapist's plan of care
• Document patient progress and response to treatment with accuracy and care
• Guide patients through education and home exercise programs that build confidence
• Communicate patient status clearly with the supervising physical therapist
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to keep every patient moving forward
• Uphold safety, infection control, and compliance standards in every interaction
• Help patients restore mobility, improve function, and reach their personal goals

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active state PTA license, or the ability to obtain one
• Comfortable following treatment plans and working closely with a supervising PT
• A true team player who thrives in interdisciplinary collaboration
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient progress
