Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate hands-on care that helps patients feel safe and supported
• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake and output, and report changes to the nursing team
• Respond quickly and calmly to patient calls and needs throughout your shift
• Collaborate with nurses and fellow caregivers to keep care plans on track
• Keep patient rooms and common areas clean, comfortable and welcoming

Qualifications

• Active California CNA certification in good standing
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Recent hands-on CNA experience in a skilled nursing, hospital or long-term care setting
• A caring, dependable attitude and a genuine passion for helping others
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
