Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures in the Emergency Department and with portable equipment
- Assist in the Operating Room with fluoroscopic imaging
- Evaluate images for technical quality and accuracy
- Work with students at Grady and perform competency check-offs
- Float between departments as needed to support patient care
- Operate GE, Phillips, and CareStream radiologic equipment
Qualifications
- ARRT certification required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year level 1 trauma experience or 2-3 years at a large level 2 trauma facility
- Comfortable working with pediatric and neonatal patients
- Graduated from a JRCERT/ARRT approved program
Education
- Graduation from a JRCERT/ARRT approved radiologic technology program
Knowledge & Skills
- X-ray imaging and radiologic equipment operation
- Fluoroscopic equipment experience
- EPIC and Sectra EMR systems
- GE, Phillips, and CareStream equipment
- Strong attention to detail for image quality evaluation
