Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CT, ultrasound, IR and cath lab equipment to deliver safe, high-quality imaging
• Scrub and circulate during interventional cases, supporting physicians and ensuring sterile technique
• Perform CT-guided and ultrasound-guided biopsies and drainages with precision and care
• Assist with all types of cath lab and IR procedures, contributing to efficient room turnover
• Provide excellent patient care and communication before, during, and after procedures
• Participate in on-call coverage and respond promptly to emergent procedures as part of the team

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Interventional Radiology lab experience as stated in the posting
• Solid experience scrubbing and circulating in IR/cath lab procedures
• Comfortable with CT and ultrasound-guided biopsies and drainages
• Willingness to participate in a shared on-call rotation (7 days/week coverage)
• State licensure and any required radiology tech certifications or registry credentials as applicable
• Strong teamwork, communication, and patient-centered approach

Knowledge & Skills

• Interventional Radiology procedures and cath lab workflows
• CT imaging and CT-guided procedures
• Ultrasound imaging and ultrasound-guided procedures
• Scrubbing and circulating techniques for sterile cases
• Patient monitoring and peri-procedural care
• Experience with EMR documentation and procedure-related charting
