Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Day shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services that help patients restore function and mobility
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients with individualized, evidence-based care
- Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs in line with state practice acts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to maximize outcomes
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
- Active Washington Physical Therapy license, or the ability to obtain one
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
- A passion for helping patients reach their fullest potential
Education
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical therapy treatment and rehabilitation techniques
- Patient evaluation and functional mobility assessment
- Treatment planning and goal setting
- Accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Supervision and delegation of PTAs and rehab techs
