Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized therapy interventions following the PT plan of care
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment with accuracy
• Empower patients through education and customized home exercise programs
• Communicate patient status clearly to the supervising PT
• Maintain a safe environment by adhering to infection control and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active state PTA license (or ability to obtain one)
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid grounding in physical therapy techniques and patient care
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Skilled in patient education and developing home exercise programs
• Knowledge of infection control and compliance standards
• Capable of implementing treatment plans and working within an interdisciplinary team
