Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, personalized therapy interventions following the PT plan of care
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment with accuracy and timeliness
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs to promote independence and recovery
• Communicate clearly and regularly with supervising physical therapists to optimize outcomes
• Champion safety, infection control, and compliance standards in every interaction

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Tennessee PTA license or ability to obtain one before start
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
