Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, personalized therapy interventions following the PT plan of care
- Document patient progress and responses to treatment with accuracy and timeliness
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs to promote independence and recovery
- Communicate clearly and regularly with supervising physical therapists to optimize outcomes
- Champion safety, infection control, and compliance standards in every interaction
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Tennessee PTA license or ability to obtain one before start
- Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
- Therapy interventions and treatment plan implementation
- Patient education and home exercise programs
- Clinical documentation and progress reporting
- Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Safety, infection control, and compliance standards
