Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy interventions accurately according to each patient's plan of care
• Document patient progress and response to treatment in a timely, thorough manner
• Empower patients through education and home exercise programs that support long-term recovery
• Keep the supervising PT informed on patient status and progress
• Champion safety, infection control, and compliance standards in every interaction
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve their goals

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active state PTA license or the ability to obtain one
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• A passion for helping patients restore mobility and improve quality of life

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
