Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed PT
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments to maximize outcomes
• Educate patients and families on exercises and home care techniques
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with facility standards

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in Tennessee (or compact eligible)
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to float between units? No, float never required

Education

• Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in therapeutic exercises and modalities
• Knowledge of SNF regulations and documentation
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR)
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
