Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility and function
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed
• Educate patients and families on exercises and home care techniques
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care in a skilled nursing setting

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Ohio
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus
• Must be compassionate, reliable, and a team player

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in documenting patient care electronically
