Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care including cleanings and exams
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
• Take and develop dental x-rays
• Assist dentist during procedures as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Massachusetts
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities

Education

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in periodontal therapy and scaling/root planing
• Knowledge of dental software and digital x-ray systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Patient education and motivational interviewing skills
