Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and dispense medications accurately to support excellent patient care
- Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare teams to ensure safe medication practices
- Maintain sterile compounding standards to protect every patient you serve
- Manage inventory and keep the pharmacy running smoothly behind the scenes
- Document all activities thoroughly to support quality and compliance
Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy Technician license in Texas
- At least 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience
- Sterile compounding certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
Knowledge & Skills
- Hospital pharmacy workflows and medication safety protocols
- Sterile compounding techniques
- Meditech electronic medical record system
- Team collaboration and clear communication
