Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MRI and MRA exams across a wide range of anatomies including brain, spine, abdomen, and musculoskeletal studies
• Operate GE 1.5T Signa and GE 3T Pioneer scanners safely and efficiently
• Document exams accurately in Meditech and maintain clear, timely patient records
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical teams to ensure optimal imaging protocols and patient care
• Provide compassionate patient preparation, positioning, and monitoring throughout procedures
• Respond to on-call requests during designated weekends and ensure timely imaging services

Qualifications

• ARRT MRI registration (required)
• BLS certification (required)
• Minimum 1 year MRI experience (minimum of 1 year of MRI experience required)
• Experience with Cardiac MRI and Breast MRI preferred but not required
• Comfort working night shifts and participating in on-call rotations

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient with GE 1.5T Signa and GE 3T Pioneer systems
• Familiarity with Meditech documentation system
• Skilled in MRI/MRA protocols: Brain, Abdomen, MRCP, Spine, Extremities, Cardiac, Breast and specialized studies
• Strong patient safety and screening practices for MRI environments
• Good communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced hospital setting
