Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care and assist providers with examinations and procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment is clean and ready for each patient
• Obtain and record vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints accurately
• Administer medications and perform basic lab tests as directed by the provider
• Support patient education and communicate follow-up instructions clearly
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment while upholding infection control standards

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Completion of an accredited medical assistant training program
• Experience in a clinical or hospital setting is a plus
• A genuine passion for helping others and working as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical skills including vital sign measurement and specimen collection
• Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Commitment to maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality
