Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care and assist with daily clinical needs
• Room patients, take vital signs, and update medical histories
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment is ready for procedures
• Support healthcare providers during exams and treatments
• Administer medications and perform basic lab tests as directed
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic health record
• Educate patients and families on follow-up care and instructions

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) credentials
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Prior experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting preferred
• Strong phlebotomy and EKG skills are a plus
• Comfortable working with EHR systems
• Excellent communication skills and a caring bedside manner
