Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents and patients
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Assess and monitor patient conditions, reporting changes to the care team
• Document patient care accurately and promptly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management and follow-up care

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN or RN license in the state of Maine
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a documented exemption
• Previous experience in long-term care or acute care setting preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and standards
• Familiarity with EHR/medical documentation systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
