Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, quality nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
• Document care provided in a timely and thorough manner
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other professionals to ensure positive outcomes
• Promote a safe, supportive environment that respects resident dignity

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatrics preferred
• Ability to pass required background checks and facility onboarding
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of nursing care principles and medication administration
• Skilled in documentation and electronic health records
• Ability to assess residents and recognize changes in condition
• Effective communication with residents, families, and team members
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
