Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of RNs and physicians
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort
• Document patient care and observations in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans

Qualifications

• Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts
• Previous LPN experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and dosage calculations
• Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• Wound care and basic nursing procedures
• Electronic health records (EHR) documentation
• Effective communication with patients, families, and team members
• Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
