Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
• Collaborate with registered nurses and healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
• Assess patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans
• Adhere to facility policies and nursing standards to maintain a safe environment

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of nursing care procedures and patient assessment
• Ability to administer medications and perform clinical tasks
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) documentation
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
