Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
• Assist with mobility and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
• Engage residents in meaningful activities that brighten their day
• Maintain a clean, organized environment that promotes healing
• Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver top-notch care

Qualifications

• Active LNA certification in New Hampshire or Vermont (compact welcome)
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 6 months of long-term care experience preferred
• A compassionate heart and a can-do attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication skills to connect with residents and staff
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
• Team player who lifts others up
