Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with activities of daily living and promote independence
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Document care provided accurately and timely
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure resident well-being

Qualifications

• Current and valid Vermont LNA license required
• BLS certification preferred
• Minimum 6 months of long-term care experience preferred
• Must have own transportation and reliable attendance
• COVID-19 vaccine or approved exemption required

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
