Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to patients and residents
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
• Support patients with meals and nutrition, ensuring comfort and safety
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
• Document care accurately and communicate effectively with the clinical team

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire LNA license in good standing
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients safely
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic nursing assistant duties and patient care
• Strong observation skills to identify changes in patient condition
• Effective teamwork and communication in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with electronic health records or willingness to learn
• Ability to respond calmly and quickly in emergency situations
