Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Assist patients with daily living activities and mobility needs
• Take and record vital signs accurately
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
• Document care provided in a timely and thorough manner
• Support patients' emotional well-being and physical comfort
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in New Hampshire
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
• Reliable and dependable in a per diem role
• Ability to adapt quickly to different patient assignments
• Must pass a background check and comply with facility requirements

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care principles and techniques
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to safely lift, transfer, and position patients
• Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
• Good documentation and observation skills
• Teamwork and the ability to take direction from nursing staff
