Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care and continuous cardiac monitoring
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient-centered plans of care
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Document patient status, interventions, and responses clearly in the medical record
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate excellent care
Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and discharge plans

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license (California preferred or eligible)
Experience working on telemetry units or with cardiac monitoring
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Education

Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Telemetry monitoring and interpretation of cardiac rhythms
Patient assessment and triage for acute and chronic conditions
Medication administration and IV therapy knowledge
Electronic medical record documentation
Effective communication with patients, families, and clinical teams
