Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide thorough dental cleanings and periodontal therapies
- Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices for long-term health
- Assist dentists during examinations and procedures
- Take and develop dental X-rays with precision and care
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for every patient
Qualifications
- Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in clinical hygiene techniques and instrumentation
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Experience with dental software and digital charting is a plus
- Keen attention to detail and infection control protocols
