Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients
• Perform dental cleanings and polish teeth
• Take and develop dental X-rays
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Review patient medical history and update records
• Assist the dentist during procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

• Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of Virginia
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to providing quality patient care

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and best practices
• Proficiency with dental software and digital X-rays
• Strong understanding of oral health and hygiene
• Ability to work collaboratively with a dental team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
