Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients, including cleanings and preventive treatments
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and disease prevention
• Take and develop dental x-rays as needed
• Document patient care and maintain accurate treatment records
• Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain a sterile and safe clinical environment

Qualifications

• Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Current CPR certification
• Prior experience as a Dental Hygienist preferred
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and techniques
• Knowledge of dental radiology and X-ray safety
• Understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols
• Strong interpersonal and patient education skills
• Familiarity with dental software and charting systems
