Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide thorough dental cleanings and prophylaxis to patients of all ages
- Assess patients' oral health and document findings accurately
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
- Take and process dental X-rays as needed
- Assist the dentist during procedures to ensure smooth patient care
- Maintain patient records and uphold strict infection control standards
Qualifications
- Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Excellent patient communication and a warm chairside manner
- Experience with dental imaging and digital records is a plus
- Ability to work evening shifts as needed
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and periodontal therapy
- Skilled in patient assessment and clinical documentation
- Proficient with dental software and imaging systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and patient education ability
- Attention to infection control and safety protocols
