Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 7:45 AM - 6:00 PM, flexible days as needed, 1 hour unpaid lunch break

Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients
Perform thorough cleanings and oral health assessments
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
Assist the dentist during procedures when necessary
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans

Qualifications

Active Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey
Current CPR certification
Strong attention to detail and patient care focus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in dental hygiene procedures and instruments
Knowledge of infection control protocols
Comfortable with digital charting and X-ray systems
Patient education and motivation techniques
Time management and organizational skills
