Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care including cleanings, exams, and preventive treatments
• Educate patients on personalized oral hygiene techniques and care plans
• Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure a positive patient experience
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold strict sterility standards

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania or eligible to obtain
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
• Previous dental hygiene experience is a plus, but new grads welcome

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and sterilization protocols
• Strong understanding of oral health and preventive care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills
