Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging for trauma, stroke, emergency department and inpatient exams with accuracy and speed
• Operate GE 64 Rev Evo and GE 128 Rev EVO scanners and multimodality equipment safely and efficiently
• Provide compassionate patient care and accurate positioning to optimize image quality
• Document exams and findings in Meditech and ensure accurate exam and patient records
• Collaborate with the emergency/trauma team and radiologists to prioritize urgent studies
• Respond to on-call requests and holiday coverage needs with professionalism
• Maintain radiation safety standards and follow established CT protocols

Qualifications

• ARRT (CT) certification required
• Current CPR certification required
• SCRQSA certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of CT/radiology experience (Emergency/Trauma experience highly preferred)
• Comfortable with weekend, holiday coverage and on-call responsibilities
• Experience using Meditech or similar documentation systems is a plus
• Proven ability to operate GE 64/128 Rev EVO CT scanners or similar GE CT platforms

Education

• ARRT (CT) certification (required)
• CPR certification (required)
• SCRQSA (required)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of CT protocols for trauma and stroke imaging
• Familiarity with emergency radiology workflow and priorities
• Competence in multimodality imaging and scanner operation
• Proficient documentation and PACS/Meditech navigation skills
• Excellent patient positioning, IV/contrast handling and patient communication
• Good teamwork, triage judgment and ability to work under pressure
