Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic CT and X-ray procedures on patients of all ages, from newborn to geriatric
• Administer IV contrast and ensure patient safety and comfort during exams
• Collaborate with physicians and interdepartmental staff to produce accurate diagnostic images
• Maintain a cooperative and patient-first environment, prioritizing quality care
• Operate and troubleshoot Siemens Somatom 40 slice CT and Carestream X-ray equipment

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of current CT and X-ray experience
• Active ARRT (CT)(R) certification required
• Proficiency in IV insertion and contrast administration
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology highly preferred
• Experience with Meditech, Philips, Siemens, AGFA DR, OEC C-arm, and Carestream equipment preferred

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field (preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in CT and X-ray imaging techniques
• Knowledge of radiation safety and ALARA principles
• Proficiency with HMS Medhost EMR
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to different age groups and clinical situations
• Familiarity with state licensing requirements (NH MIRT)
