Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, resident-centered direct care and assistance with activities of daily living
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility and toileting while preserving dignity
Take and record vital signs accurately and report notable changes to the nursing team
Document care and observations clearly and promptly in resident charts
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver excellent care
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (valid in Pennsylvania)
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings/immunizations
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Reliable, punctual, and committed to resident safety and comfort

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completion of state-approved CNA training program required

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic nursing assistant duties and ADLs
Ability to take and document vital signs accurately
Familiarity with infection control and patient safety practices
Good interpersonal and communication skills with residents and families
Basic documentation skills and attention to detail
