Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities for patients
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and transfers to ensure patient safety
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
• Support patients with feeding, hygiene, and personal care needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and staff
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the healthcare team

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
• Valid BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to provide attentive, patient-centered care
• Compassionate and dependable with strong communication skills
• Previous experience as a CNA is a plus, but new grads are welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care and safety protocols
• Skill in vital sign measurement and documentation
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and respond to changing patient needs
• Time management and organizational skills
• Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality
