Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms with precision and care for every procedure
- Assist surgeons during Level 1 trauma and burn cases with confidence
- Maintain sterile fields and ensure patient safety at every step
- Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver outstanding outcomes
- Handle instruments and supplies efficiently under high-pressure situations
Qualifications
- Current CST certification required
- Travel experience strongly preferred
- Level 1 Trauma experience highly valued
- Burn experience is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of sterile technique and surgical protocols
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced trauma environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Quick thinking and adaptability during emergencies
