Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily living assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Take and record vital signs accurately, reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Assist with meals and monitor food intake, documenting any concerns
• Maintain a clean, safe, and dignified environment for residents
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Follow infection control protocols and facility policies to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Ability to work night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a positive attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of resident care techniques and safety procedures
• Skilled in using electronic health records and documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Excellent observation and reporting skills
• Physically capable of lifting, transferring, and assisting residents
