Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, compassionate care to residents, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure their safety and comfort.
• Monitor residents and report any changes in condition to the nursing team promptly.
• Support a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other caregivers to deliver the highest quality of care.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Must bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility
• Must wear a photo badge at all times
• A passion for helping others and making a difference
