Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Night shift (NOC), 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, with 30-minute meal break
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Take and record vital signs, and promptly report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
- Help residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to ensure their safety and comfort
- Support residents during mealtimes, including feeding assistance and monitoring food and fluid intake
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment for residents and their families
- Document care provided accurately and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
- Current BLS/CPR certification (healthcare provider level) is preferred
- Ability to pass required background checks and present valid identification
- A caring, patient, and dependable nature with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus, but newly certified CNAs are welcome to apply
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid understanding of resident care techniques and safety protocols
- Knowledge of infection control practices and universal precautions
- Strong observation and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Physical capability to lift, transfer, and assist residents safely
